Seetha Lakshmi Dinesh Iyer
Seetha Lakshmi Dinesh is currently a Research Associate at the International Strategic and Security Studies Programme (ISSSP), School of Conflict and Security Studies, National Institute of Advanced Studies, Bengaluru. She presently works with the BRICS-YSF project under the School. Her areas of research include Maritime Security, Nuclear Issues and Policy, East Asia particularly Japan and aspires to extend her study into Peace and Conflict in West Asia.
Seetha is a graduate in Journalism and Media Studies and holds a post-graduation in Political Science from the Madras Christian College, Chennai. Her masters’ dissertation was titled “India-Japan Vistas of Economic-Strategic Cooperation in the Indo-Pacific.” In addition, she holds two years of experience as a copy editor and proofreader- editorial with Higher Education, Oxford University Press (OUP), India.
