Rashmi Ramesh

Rashmi Ramesh is currently pursuing PhD at the National Institute of Advanced Studies.

Rashmi completed her BA in Economics, Political Science and Sociology from Christ (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. She holds a Masters Degree in Geopolitics and International Relations, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal. Previously she had interned at the Institute for Defense Studies and Analyses (IDSA) and the United Services Institution of India (USI), both based in New Delhi. Her research interests include maritime security, Indian Ocean affairs, Geopolitics and climate change in the Arctic, and India's foreign policy.
